Manager - Incubation and Startups

EkSoch Foundation is an NGO based in Mathura-Vrindavan and Noida and focuses on empowering women and youth, sustainable agriculture, livelihood intervention, rural innovation, and social entrepreneurship. Ek Soch is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager for Incubation and Startups to lead our efforts in creating a unique rural transformation hub for Bharat (India). The Manager for Incubation and Startups will be responsible for creating new programs, activities, opportunities, and an eco-system for youth and women, with a focus on rural innovation and entrepreneurship. This role will be located in Mathura - Vrindavan and Noida.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

1. Develop and implement programs, initiatives, and an eco-system to promote rural innovation and entrepreneurship.

3. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to startup ventures throughout the incubation process, including helping to develop business plans, securing funding, and connecting startups with necessary resources.
4. Create and conduct training and brainstorming sessions on relevant areas of startups eco system building
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, mentors, and partner organizations.
6. Coordinate and oversee the delivery of incubation programs, including organizing workshops, mentoring sessions, and networking events.
7. Manage and develop a team of incubation professionals, including providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
8. Ensure that all program activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
9. Monitor and evaluate the success of incubation programs, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. TMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field, Masters preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in incubation and startup management, with a proven track record of work and eco-system growth.
3. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
4. Experience working in urban and rural both areas, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing rural communities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the knowledge and ability of the startup ecosystem and to identify and address potential challenges and opportunities.
