Executive/ Manager – Capacity Building (Skilling and Training Development)
The Executive of Capacity Building (Skilling and Training Development) for Ek Soch Foundation will oversee and implement the organization's capacity-building initiatives and upskilling. The individual will be responsible for designing and developing training materials, delivering training programs, and feedback from the trainees. The individual will also be responsible for building partnerships and collaborations with external organizations to expand the reach and impact of the organization's capacity- building initiatives.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
1.Bachelor's / Master's degree in a related field (in relevant field).
2.Experience of working with youth on capacity building, skill and upskilling, leadership, entrepreneurship, innovative mindset-building, etc. 1-3 Years of work experience (for Program Executive position) and 5+ years of work experience (for Program Manager position) is preferred.
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with strong presentation skills and proficiency in content creation.
4.The ideal candidate for this position will have a vital training and development background and excellent project management and communication skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and firmly commit to the organization's mission and values.
