Ajay Suman Shukla

Ajay is an executive alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and completed a Masters Degree and MPhil from the University of Lucknow. He has also completed Deshpande Fellowship Program on Social Entrepreneurship and leadership at Deshpande Foundation, Karnataka. 15+ years of tremendous working experience in the field of gender equality, youth development, social entrepreneurship and social innovation, rural development, agriculture and eco system building for non-profit and academic institutions. He has played a pivotal role in the inception of Ek Soch Sandbox, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and has been a Co-Founder and Director of the initiative. As he has always been fascinated working with youth, previously he has tasked as a Team Leader and Director of LEAD, a Deshpande Foundation initiative, for about ten years and also held different roles in the same organization where he has engaged and transformed 45000+ College-going Students through on leadership skills through experiential learning and solution oriented initiatives. He has been one of the leading persons to kick off LEAD Prayana that comprises an Entrepreneurial leadership journey and aims at transforming Youth wherein young minds had a unique lifetime experience.
