A program designed for University Students and the Youth in general, it was based out of Eastern U.P

Leaders Accelerating Development Programme was an initiative where innovation met implementation, knowledge met experience and problems of social concern met solutions; hence bringing about a revolution. It was initiated in the year 2008 and partnered with colleges and Universities of Lucknow, Chitkara and Lovely Professional University, Punjab. LEAD mainly focussed on inculcating a solution oriented approach in the youth for every problem. Through this programme, the college-going Students would take up issues in their local area and come up with solutions in a fixed time frame. Therefore, it benefitted both the local people and the students who gained knowledge about problems on the ground and came up with effective solutions.
